  • I remember what a brain you were in chemistry.....
  • Linda, I just looked at some of your photographs at the above link...they're just gorgeous!

  • I can't believe my former students are already retiring! It was so nice to hear from you. Of course, I remember you. The students who worked on the yearbook all made lasting (favorable) impressions and I'm glad to have had the experience. I do hope I had some small part in your success in editing and writing clearly. I continue to value the art of writing so highly that I continue to write for our retirement center's monthly publication.I published for murder mysteries after I retired, but the last one came out in 2008. Marketing is too much of a hassle for me to handle now at age 84. Thanks for the kind remarks.
  • Hi,

Did you know my brother GREG RAGAN? He used to date Barbara Jackson, and they hung out with Debbie Couch. He had a band that played at the Sligh Jr. High dances. (The Sicotics). Anyway, I saw where you knew Barbara Jackson and your name sounds familiar.

    Connie Ragan,

  • Well, I joined FaceBook kicking and screaming...the only reason I finally did it was to find more of my family..and I did. I also looked for some old friends and found them, too. Yes, Peggy was one of the most petite girls in our class; I recognozed her picture right away. Debbie still has a fabulous sense of humor. Marisel transferred in from...hm-mm...I think it was NY...probably 8th grade.
  • Linda, are you in FaceBook? If you are, please find me as Phyllis Risinger Thomas. I've been trying to roundup some Sligh friends that went to King and finally made contact with another one tonight. So far I've found Peggy Whitten, Debbie Cadrecha, and Marisel Valle; do you remember them? They were good friends of mine.
  • Hi Linda...of course I remember you. Glad to hear from you after all these years. Every time I pass by your house I think about all the fun we use to have roller skating and running to Bo's for something wonderful. Hope you come to our next class reunion. Look forward to seeing you again. I am married with two sons. One is 20 the other 17. My husband and I both work at Moffitt Cancer Center and my oldest son just recently. Life is wonderful. Keep in touch.
