About Me:

I am still a Southern Baptist, but am now in the midst of Mormon country. I have been divorced since 2002, but have three beautiful daughters and a grandson. Two daughters live in and around Tampa and one in Gilroy, California as does my grandson. I spent 14 years in the military (Coast Guard and Air Force Reserve). Have an Associate Degree in Accounting from Chabot Jr College in Hayward, CA, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cal State Hayward. My fav states are California, Utah, and Virginia. I currently volunteer as a Senior Companion through Salt lake County and the local Veteran's Admin Med Center. My church is Alta Canyon Baptist Church in Sandy, Utah. My fav job was as a Logistics and Distribution Manager in Hayward, CA. I am still in contact with several guys I grew up with in Tampa and went to Bryan Elementary, Franklin Jr High, and HHS with them.

    I got ya beat on public schools Larry. I went to Edison, Bryan, Franklin, Sligh, back to Franklin, and Hillsborough.

    No, my #2 daughter lives in Vermont. My #1 daughter is moving to Arizona from Apoka, Florida.
    I use to live next door to Mike Bryan (Franklin Junior High). He is well and lives in Seffner, Florida.
    Franklin Junior High has a reunion every year in Grant Park. I went once, hoping to see Mr. Brandon, the shop teacher, but did not. I did see Delano Davis. I do not know if you remember him.

    Hey Larry! How are you? Things are good with us. Just the crazy busy life with a house full of teenagers. My oldest, Robby, is engaged and will be 20 in July. My girls are 16 now and giving me grays! Hope your doing good.

    Good to here from you. Utah is a great state to be living in. My daughter, now a morman, was married there.
    Currently, I live in central florida,and raise llamas for the fun of it.

    Yes, she was my aunt. My mom Patrica Haywood (Hoffman) married Lena's younger brother, Gary Stamey (my dad). I did not know her but my mom said she was a very good person.
