About Me:

I recently lost my husband who was the love of my life. I have 4 children and six grandchildren. I lived and worked as a Special Education teacher in Georgia for some years and then moved "home" to Florida. I love hearing from "old" friends and classmates.

    Remember Becky Nelson...I lived over on 9th St. Patti Fisher was my friend through many years. Didn't you play the piano? I went on to college and got my degree in music and married some time later.

    Wow! That is so sad to hear. Is she still in Tampa? I know it's an 813 # but not sure where all that encompasses. How are you doing? I've been down to Tampa several times recently and really do want to plan a get-together (other than the reunion). Not sure when that can happen as I'm usually down for such a short period of time. Mother just turned 94...hard to believe.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. I know the joy family brings, so I hope you are being able to fill your life with the pleasures of children and grandchildren, which you seemed to be richly blessed with! Yes, Gavin, is 9 and I took him to play before a judge for the Guild this afternoon. He was excited and did well. He is now off to a soccer tournament in Atlanta with siblings and parents. Were we that busy at 9?! Glad we are back in touch. How's Becky?

    I thought I had heard that your mom had passed away. I am sorry you have lost her and then your husband. What happened to him? 6 grandchildren! Does your heart just get bigger to be able to love them all!

    You grandchild is so cute. My first one came last October and I am just crazy about her.
    We had a difficult time with losing Erin. We lost our brother Ray 2 years ago last January. My mom has a rough time dealing with losing 2 children. Pam and I are still close and we see Richie sometimes when I come home. What about your mom?
