  I'm sorry to hear you have injured yourself too. I still hobble around with my leg-boat. I try to take off and walk some on the foot, but not very good. It stays swollen and still hurts. It's going to be a while before I am normal again. But I'm slowly coming along.
  
  Today is my first closing at Prudential Bob HATTON Realty -- so this is exciting!

  As usual I have soo much going on. After graduation in July I went through a rough patch with some depression of all things. I think I had carried so much stress for so long, that after the school was finally over I just shut down. The I moved from Pasadena Presbyterian where I have been for 10 years to Anona United Methodist which is going really well. Then I started working with the president of St. Pete College and now I am working full time as a consultant in two projects for the college. I am working with a project called The Government Institute, and a project with Children at risk. The pay is pretty good, but I am am working long hours, between the college and the Church it makes a long day.
  Tell me about you, what is going on with you my friend. Your life seems more of a mystery than mine. I can tell you this, with all thats going on in my life, I feel so Blessed.

  Lark, I didn't know your husband is in the Service. How long is he to be over there? When will you be back in Tampa? A few classmates have contacted me for another reunion, but I haven't been able to do it. Besides, with the economy so bad I'm not sure what kind of turn out it would be.

  Hi Lark, I got fired via voice mail after 3 weeks -- I was working for a WITCH! So I had been unemployed. On Aug 4 I fell down my apartment stairs in the breezeway, broke my right leg in 3 places [ankle, outer and inner leg], passed out, taken to St. Joseph ER, admitted for one week, had surgery by 3 different surgeons four days later, got the leg-cast and 38 stitches out after 2 weeks, have been wearing a leg-boot for 7 weeks. Last week I finally walked without crutches; however, I had a doctor's appt today and was told the screws, pins, etc are not strong enough for me to be putting any weight on the leg. Annie McCreary came over to take care of me on a daily basis since I couldn't even bath myself. I now sit on a chair in the bathtub to shower. I was only sleeping 3 hours out of a 24-hour day which made the days horribly long! I'm doing much better, but still should be wearing the leg-boot until after Thanksgiving. No racquetball or roller skating for me right now!
  
  I started working for Prudential Bob HATTON Realty as a real estate agent [same office as Desiree Maurico Swanz]. This is my third week. My first showing were condos which I nearly killed myself going up and down stairs with this leg -- I didn't walk for the next two days.

  I don't think so, but I will ask. How are you? What is going on in Lark's world? Do you still send me good stuff, because I have had an incredible transition in my life after graduation. I feel like I have a career for the first time in many many years. As it turns out my career is in Education, Politic's and Foreign Service, can you believe that? We have to talk sometime, I miss our conversations.
