About Me:
After graduation, I moved to Texas and worked with my father in industrial insulation for a while. When I turned 21, I joined the U.S. Air Force. I worked in the medical field and then in Aircrew Life Support Systems. I graduated from college in Washington state. I am now retired from the USAF and live in north Florida with my husband, David, our 8 dogs, our beautiful, spoiled Ragdoll cat and 4 horses. We have 17 acres in the country and it is my own little piece of paradise. There are deer, wild turkey, foxes, beaver (that has our creek dammed up right now)....and even a 6 ft. alligator that inhabits the pond at the back of our property. I have two handsome, talented step-sons, Justin and Christopher. They are both very musically talented. Justin is very gifted in Art. Christopher is now in college in Monteray, CA. and Justin is getting married in early 2011. Sure, like most people, life has thrown some curve balls at me, but all in all, I'd have to say that life is pretty good and GOD has blessed me in so many ways!

Please send me more information on the Korean War KIA . I am trying to gather names for a plaque at HHS and maybe the Veterans Memorial park on 60 and 301 by the bypass

Elaine, I left facebook because I had been hacked twice. Sorry I did not tell everyone I was leaving facebook - I liked it and being able to keep up with friends was GREAT. - but the hackers were to much and putting vulgar information on my page to share with others - information which I diapprove. Elaine You did nothing wrong and did not offent me. Would love to be a part of Your Christains Friends Group. I miss all you dear friends and apologize for not telling everyone. Thank You for Your concerns - I'm still friends with everyone - just the hacking (not knowing who it was since so many have access to our information) I do not tolerate and felt best to leave facebook immediately on the second hacking. Keep in touch by Email (LBLBy57@yahoo.com) or here and maybe I might come back to facebook - heard it has changed since I left - not sure how that has affected everyone. He is married 25 years and has two boys 7 & 81/2, Thier first child only lived a few weeks.

It was so good to read about your life and enjoy your pictures. I have been married for 30....yes, I said thirty years and have two Daughters. The oldest is 27 and attended college in New York City and currently oversees the design dept for Steve Madden shoes in NYC. My youngest is 16 and a Sophomore in high school. She is a very serious tennis player. We come down to Florida each Summer so that she can attend tennis camps there. I have tried to stay in touch with a few people from high school, but the fact that my husband and I have moved 10 time in the last 30 years makes it somewhat difficult.
I too am a Sheltie lover. We had two. I lost my Schatzi (German for sweetheart) three years ago. She was 16 1/2 years old. Couldn't bring myself to get another one just yet, so my husband and daughter picked out a Border Collie. She is a love and Very smart.
