About Me:

I live in north Tampa with Beth, my wife of 13 years. I have a 7 year old son, Samuel, and one due June 5. I graduated from USF in 1994 with a finance degree. I worked in accounting and corporate finance thru 2000 when i quit the corporate life and became a personal trainer. I enjoy the freedom the corporate world didn't allow and I no longer have to wear a suit! I still dont play soccer well but I am encouraging my son. I used to spend time riding my motorcycle but with another baby on the way my wife encouraged me to go with something a little more tame. I rarely go by the nickname "Smooth" anymore unless it is my son laughing at my bald head. Ha ha.

    The sounds awesome!!! I can understand that. Once I got out of the military gain about 50lbs in 3 years. I have changed my focus around the food I eat and excerise I do. I still have some weight to drop but what a different it makes in my day to day life.

    What up Mike. That is funny you bring up that concert. A bunch of us were discussing that at Van Halen a couple of weeks ago. I hear on the corporate world BS, I about done with it. Finishing school in the next year and will look at my options then. How did you get into being a trainer??
