After graduating in 1952, I married Curtiss Roper of the US Air Force. We settled in Tampa and had 3 children, Steve, Mark and Laura. I am still living in Tampa, enjoying retirement very much!!!

    Hi Mary Virginia!

    I am Barbara Hamilton Nettles, sister of Deedee and Dolly LaBonte. They don't email, but I will call them tomorrow and tell them you are on the HHS web site. I live in Charleston, SC. I see in the previous messsages where you taught the writer in Sunday School. Well, I remember YOUR mother teaching me Sunday School. I remember thinking she was the most wonderful person in the world. I am glad to see your family's picture. You all look very happy.

    Hi Mrs. Roper,
    I don't know if you remember me. Eddie & I were married at Central Christian Church in 1974, moved to GA for a while, lived in Tampa again from 1981-1985, and ended up in Tennessee. We still live in Johnson City, where we raised our two boys. We now have 4 grandchildren. We were in the youth group with one of your sons, but I don't remember which one. You all look great! It would be nice to hear from you. Brenda
