  • Hi Cliff! I think I knew most of what you told me from get-togethers of the class of '60. In fact, Jan and I saw each other at our gathering on 11/1 and discovered that David and I know her nephew, Brian, from HPUMC. Also, hearing from you let me know that I actually became part of the HHS website - I wasn't sure when I did it.
David & I are both retired and enjoy doing whatever.

  • It's good to reconnect. I didn't realize you were an alumnus of HHS. I congratulate you on your long career as mayor, and I wish you very success with your book. I have published four mysteries, all set in Florida's small historic towns near Tampa, but doubt I'll write another. Ann Cook

  • Hey Cliff
Good to hear from you. I'm fine and hope you are in good health. At our age you never know. I don't get to Zephyrhills very oftin, but if I do I will give you a call. Meanwhile you know where I am from 0630-1230, still working, stop by next time you come to the big town. Do you ever hear from Ray? We saw Carl Perryn last Jne at our 55th year class reunion, he hasn't changed much. Leo
  • Hi Cliff & Joyce,
Always good to hear from you and news from Fl. If you are looking for a place to build a mountain cabin, please consider Rabun Cty, GA. We would LOVE to have you as neighbors! I think I told you we bought a chalet just down the road from the A-frame on Tiger Mtn. and you all are welcome to use it anytime you can get up here. We would love to have the opportunity to show you around the county. Sylvia
  • Cliff, sorry you and Joyce won't be there Thursday, but next month we are going to have a luncheon--at HHS Cafeteria. They have a program now which graduates baby chefs. Some of us women went there a couple of weeks ago to try it out and it was great. Apparently our class is lagging behind several others in going there. But we will catch up. MaryLou
  • Hi Cliff, Thanks for contacting me about looking for a place in the mountains to build a log cabin. I would love to find that perfect place for you. Email me at leighoffenhauer@windstream.net and let me know a little more of what you have in mind regarding price range, location, etc and I can start searching for properties. Demorest is located between Clarksville and Cornelia and Blairsville is about 30 miles North from here. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Leigh
  • Hey Cliff. My wife and I don't have a place in the mountains. Those pictures were taken at our class Mountain Gathering that was held at Bill Middlebrooks home near Whittier, NC. Most of us rented some place to stay and we have maybe 10 or so class members who own homes or cabins up there. We had a great time. Glad to hear you are doing well. Take care.
  • Time goes to quickly these days. Have my villa up-for-sale since Nov., but no buyers. Bad time to sale, but have a lovely studio apt in CA two blocks from the ocean waiting for me. The winter vistors are here and the traffic is terrible. Bet you find that is so too. Good to hear from you.
