About Me:

Have been retired 7 years now after almost 35 years of government service and 6 of those were in the ARMY. I have been married for 40 years and have 2 sons 30 and 32. We have four grandsons ages 10 and two 5 year olds that are just six weeks apart. I came to Kentucky in 1973 stationed with the 101st Airborne Division met my wife here. Except for 2 1/2 years in Alaska with the ARMY we have lived here in Kentucky. Life doesn't get much better, retired, grandkids and it is all thanks to the good LORD above.

    Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear of Bill's passing, how sad, is Emily doing OK?  I must call her, thank u for responding back to me with this info, I knew that your parents and Jimmy had passed, but did not know about Bill, I'm so sorry, May God Bless you and your family, Linda

    Great to hear from you.  I teach piano and one of the songs my kids play is "I'm A Little Teapot", every time they play it I think of you. Hope you enjoy your grandchildren as much as we do.  Time passes quickly.  Linda and I are going to celebrate our 50th anniversary in June.

    Hey Paul,
    Remember Donna Fernandez from HHS and Smyrna? I married Billy Mitchell and we were married 34 years when he passed away. Steve Russell is a pastor in Alabama and he came and did the funeral. We had a son who is 34 and a daughter thats 30. My son has 2 kids, a son whos 8 and his little princess whos 3. Remember the Gillettes(Gary and Sharon)?? We have kept up with each other,she lives about a mile from me. Rhoda Lauer and I have kept in touch, she lives in Texas. Stan Cowardin lives in Louisville and works at the Ford plant there.
