About Me:

Hi Y'all After graduating from HHS is 1983 I went to the University of Tampa where I got a BA in 1987. I spent a half a year in Gainesville and then moved West to Cali. I got an MFA from CalArts in LA in 1991 and just finished an MLIS at SanJose State. My family (wife Susan, son Augie (6) daughter Zosia (2)) and I live in the SF Bay area with our two decrepit cats. I'm a librarian (!) and I work a couple of blocks from our new house. I make very strange paintings in my free time, what little there is of it. I'd love to hear from anyone who was at HHS when I was there, especially those who remember my white shoes days in Sound System. Extra credit for embarrassing memories.

    Beautiful family. Aren't children great. I think the ties looks skinny because my belly is much larger these days. : )
    You ended a long way from home, my friend. My family and I were in Las Vegas for about two years ( I was working for UNLV) but we missed our family and friends and my wife wanted me to find a job back on the East coast. So we're back in Tampa and things are going well. I just came on board with the HHS website so I'm looking forward to getting back in touch with a few folks.

    Nicky boy...the pic of Z covered in her own original ballpoint art is one of the greatest things I've ever seen. Of course she has the Szegda creative genes! Good to see all the happiness!

    I did get to see Raul and Andy at Peter Amador's wedding last year. I had not seen either of them in years. What's funny, though, is even after all those years of not seeing each other, it felt like we were back in high school again. I still can't believe we're going to be in our 50's in a few more years. That's really scary.
