About Me:

I am still in Tampa (technically Lutz),Last 10 yr reunion I was a 4th grade school teacher and soooo much has changed since then. I have been married to my best friend, Anthony for a year this past March (the first one was just practice). No babies yet just traveling, working, doing volunteer work with the American Cancer Society and the Optimist Club, and having fun with friends and family. I work as a Partner Relationship Manager at Raymond James Financial Services in St. Petersburg for the last 9 yrs. I went back to USF for my Master's in Adult Education.     He was in ROTC so we didn't hang out often but he was a good guy. Carlos wasn't one of the more popular kids in school but he was someone you'd never forget. I think of him often.

    SO what style would you like??? Cuban or Rican !! First, we will start with Empanadas de Picadillo. Next Ropa Vieja with white or yellow rice and platanos. The finish the meal with some flan or Chocolate Cheesecake and Café con Leche. So when do we start???
