  Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Girlfriend! I'm sure you will be out partying tonight, I don't do parties or New Year's Eve, all the fireworks usually scare the horses and we stay home and are in bed early, because we get up about 5-6AM on New Year's Day and go out and feed, love to make alot of noise and turn on all the barn lights so I can wake up people who kept me up, and we leave the house about 7AM and head down to the Cattlemen's Arena in Wauchula, FL for a big barrel race, it is an annual race have been going to it for over 10 years now.
  
  Hard to believe my son will be 21 on 1/16 - he is such a handsome young man and very hard to let him go and grow up and to think at his age I had been married a couple of years. Joel and I will be married 27 years on 2/20, it hasn't been easy but the Good Lord didn't say it was always going to be easy.
  
  Let me know what Saturday you may have free in January and maybe we can meet somewhere for lunch. Joel got a 2008 Harley Davidson Fatboy for christmas this year, he is too much, no I'm not a biker chick, I do ride with him but not into the black harley stuff. Me I'm a pink and purple girl!!!!
  
  The only Saturday I don't have available in Jan is the 17th, I have a barrel race that day and in face I have to be in a run off for the 2007 Year End Points/Awards for 2nd place, never had to be in a runoff before but as long as we "leave'em standin' we should be okay.

  Rough Riders Xmas at Tampa Garden Center on Bayshore on Dec 20th. Starts are 6:30PM, but if you come in after 8PM it should be OK. Location is about a 1/2 block north of Bay-to-Bay Blvd on Bayshore. There are not any more tix available, but tell the person at the door that you are with the band (Joe Teston and Buster Castellano).....can you bring a camera and take a few photos or video?
  Should be fun. Let me know if you are coming.

  Are you in a Krewe? The next gig is the Rough Riders Xmas Party December 20th, at the Tampa Garden Center (on Bayshore). I'm also playing NYE with Johnny Charro at the Italian Club (Ybor). The rest are small private events. BUT, we are available to play at any future events...Super Bowl, Gasparilla, etc.....Buster Castellano is in the band (GWJHS).

  Yeah, Summertime has stuck with me, too. I sang it to all four of my children as a bedtime song when they were all little. They all know it by heart now, too! Good to hear from you!
