  • Hi!

How've you been? From your bio, it sounds like you're doing really well. Quite a step up from hs band director. Congrats!  You can find me on facebook, too, as well as many other Terriers. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1077948509 I bet they'd enjoy hearing from you also.

    Take care and God bless!

  • Wayne...see not about Rhonda Carmichael in the Band Group comments....
  • Hey Wayne, All is well down here in Tampa. I'm still at Busch ( I think they still call it that!). Going on 31 years, at this point they'll have to pry my fingers off of the gate to
get me out. Playing gigs, doing some writing, Have a great church gig with a 10 piece
funk/rock band on Sunday mornings. Linda teaches at UT, has some private piano students and has her own chapter of Kindermuzik here in South Tampa for the last 2 years. Isabella is 7 going on 15, does dance 4 days a week and plays violin in school. and there you have it in a nutshell.
Tell Donna hi for me, hope you all are doing well.
  • Mr. Gallops, great to see you on the site and thanks for all the positive experiences you provided my during my formative years. I look back at my Big Red Band years with great fondness and appreciate all that you taught me.
  • WOW...snow...."Spring"....it's all the same here in good old Florida. Can you believe I never moved more than 20 miles in my life? It's fantastic hearing from you! You sound like you have really done well for yourself, which I always expected from you. I hope we can stay in touch, this is a great way to do it.
  • WAYNE!!!! How are you?!?!?
  • Wayne, I'm stationed @ Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Been in the USAF 19 years. Before this I was in S. Korea for a year (Jul 06 - Jul 07), Ft Meade, MD (03-06), LAs Vegas, NV (00-03), here in Tucson ('92-'00), & started it all in Sacramento, CA ('90-'92). And that's a very light moving schedule compared to some of my fellow servicemen.
  • It has been a very long time, I am very glad that I found this web page to stay connected

  • Wayne-
My cousin Darryl received his M. Ed from Radford so I know just where you are. It's been about 8 years since I've been to Radford but I still reflect on the beautiful scenic drive going over the mountains.
The only other person at Radford Ashlee Claud, Director of Radio/Television and Communications Services. I'm sure the campus has changed a bit since.
Hey, If case you know of someone who maybe interested, Brian Moorehead recently forwarded a posting for Assist. Prof. of Music Theory here at the university. The full description should be on their website.
    Do you get home often?
