    Margo,
    My wife and I attend the two play off football games at Largo and Armwood and we heard lots of comments about the Big Red band not being there. I know that there were significant costs associated with getting the band to both games, but one of the HHS Band Alumni on Facebook suggested that the band alumni could have been called upon to perform at these games. On the HHS Alumni Association web site, there is a large Big Red Band group which could be used to communicate with band alumni and to help organize alumni to support events where the band can’t participate and you may also get some support from alumni for other band events. If you want to discuss further, let me know.

    Margo,

    The class of 61' is celebrating our 50th reunion April 8, and 9 this year.  Not asking you to do anything yet (I have not talked to the reunion committee) but am wondering if the band might do something for us the evening of 8 April.  We will be at the high school from around 5pm until 9pm - dinner in the cafeteria and then dancing....this is just a thought only....what do you think could be possible?
