About Me:
Let's see since school I got married to a classmate Don Byrd and then got divorced and now I'm happily married and still living locally with my husband Edward (a New Yorker) for 21 years and a proud mother of our 17 year old daughter Mikayla who is a Senior at Academy this year and my 29 year old step-daughter Caitlin who is a Tampa Police Officer. I have a Bachelors Degree in Criminology and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and an MBA - I started that PhD thing but no time. I left law enforcement as a Corporal with Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, yes I worked with Duane Benton (c/o 85) and Bob Melton (c/o 85) RIP Bob. I also worked with several other HHS alumni from different classes like Sean Peters, Chris Freeman, Angie Powell and Charlie Keene. Tampa is a small city and I would have never expected any of us to be law enforcement when we were in High School. Now I have been a Nurse at Tampa General Hospital for 4 1/2 years and about to start travel nursing at least local travel, wish me luck!

Oh my gosh! Your family is precious! I've been looking for you & am glad to have found you here. I had heard you were in law enforcement, and am proud of your accomplishments, and a bit surprised, but thrilled for you!! :)
