About Me:

I currently live in Daytona Beach with my husband, Joel. Our daughter, Kate, is attending the University of Florida. I was fortunate to be a stay at home mom, and have evolved into a Fitness Coach. I coach Pilates and Spin classes several times weekly. I stay busy with home and family, cooking our vegetarian meals, and we enjoy riding bicycles.
