    I remember the fun we had in typing class.
    My father tried to contact you after your father died, about 1987. He wanted to express his condolences. He and your father were in the Coast Guard together during WWII. My father died shortly after your father.
    I still think of you as Golden Toe Goerger.

    hey John thanks for remembering! I saw Chuckie a few years back at the bank trying to cash a check! He didn't look so good at the time. Hope he's getting along better these days and I hope you are too. If we can get enough of the old friends together we won't need an expensive reunion we can all get togther from time to time to celebrate that were still alive! LOL I'll be out soon to see you.....BTW Eloy told me Danny Beltram has Julius's son working for him and that he has contact with Julius Hodges. Danny won't return my phone calls...he's very selective these days. I told Eloy to press him on getting Julius to come to the reunion because if he was coming he might bring more of the team mates with him. Also if anyone is not coming because of the $$ let me know....this could be the our last hurrah!
