    I met Don at Idlewild Baptist Church the October after we graduated. He was from Knoxville and had come to Tampa to work at Maas Brothers. Anyways things went from there and we married in August 1974 and moved a year later to Knoxville. It was definitely God opening doors as we left Tampa with no jobs. I got a job the Monday after we arrived in Knoxville and Don had a job the week after me. It was awesome. The rest is history. :-) I love living here and am so happy my kids got to grow up here. How often do you see Carol Hegler? I contacted her a few months ago and she emailed me back and told me she would write more later, but I haven't heard from her.
    What exactly is your job at TECO? Did you know that my sister Erin had passed away? We lost her 4 years ago this November. We also lost my younger brother Ray 2 years ago. My mom has had a hard time losing 2 children.

    How wonderful to hear from you. I think this is such a great way to find old friends. Do you ever travel up towards the Knoxville, Tennessee way?
    My granddaughter is the pride and joy of my life. She was born in October.
    I never knew how wonderful having a grandchild could be.
    I look forward to keeping in touch.
