About Me:

At Hillsborough I was known as "Robin." After graduating in 1962, I served in the military, received a B.S. degree from the University of Tampa, a M.C.S. degree from Rollins College and a J.D. degree from Stetson College of Law. I have been a member of the Florida Bar since 1973 and have practiced law in Tampa since that time. I am now a self employed full time mediator and arbitrator. My office is located at Corporate Center One, 2202 N. Westshore Blvd. Suite 200, Tampa, Fl 33607.

    I retired from the USPS and had many dealing with arbitrators and mediators.
