Worked in Tampa after graduating HHS. Served in U. S. Air Force 1951 - 1953. Married Janet James of La Follette, Tenn. in 1953. Attended Univ. of Fla. 1953 - 1957, receiving Bach. of Mech. Eng. degree. Employed at Carrier Corp., Syracuse, NY 1957 - 1959; Honeywell, Largo, Fla. 1959 - 1965; IBM, Kingston, NY 1965 - 1990. Retired as Senior Facilities Engineer after 25 years with IBM. One son, Jonathan. Widower since Jan. 2007. Have resided for the past 43+ years in Woodstock, NY.
